About The Course
It’s believed that 70-80% of transformation project fail and as a result many of the businesses concerned fold. In fact, in the post-Covid digital economy, businesses that haven't transformed can expect to survive for no more than two more years.
All the evidence points to the reason for failure being an absence of focus, which is why I created a new approach to transformation and a programme I call Brand-Led Business Transformation that gives firms a better chance of transformation success.
This Brand Modelling course module is the first of four that enable executives in any organisation to become familiar with the Brand-Led Business Transformation process.
In module one we cover the essential task of brand modelling, which is not only the first step in the overall programme, but will, on its own, facilitate improvements in your business performance.
My course takes you, step-by-step, through the process of identifying the twelve coordinates that will make up your Brand Model template. Even you don't plan to conduct the programme yourself you'll gain the understanding to source the right help, manage the people and lead your own Brand Discovery.

Your Instructor
Phil is a marketer, speaker, blogger and author, whose clients include some of the world's best known businesses and brands. He is also a marketing innovator.
As a director at Saatchi & Saatchi, when the agency was revolutionising the advertising sector, Phil was engaged in developing the emerging integrated marketing philosophy that transformed the advertising agency model.
Later, with his own consultancy, he further developed his early thoughts on integration and introduced Full Effect Marketing to businesses around the world, helping them achieve a greater efficiency and a bigger return on their marketing investment.
Recognising the power of brands he then set about devising a programme called Brand Discovery to help organisations define and harness their brands to drive growth in new ways in the most competitive markets.
As the high failure rate of digital transformation programmes became a serious issue in recent years Phil once again showed us how the power of brands is the key to business success. His Brand-Led Business Transformation programme has since helped organisations in many parts of the world transform successfully and align to the opportunities of the digital economy.
Now, in addition to his consulting work he is sharing the secrets of marketing, brands and transformation with worldwide audiences through his talks, workshops and articles.
