About The Course

It’s believed that 70-80% of transformation project fail and as a result many of the businesses concerned fold. In fact we expect a third of the brands we know today to have disappeared within three years.

All the evidence points to the reason for failure being an absence of focus, which is why I created a new approach to transformation and a programme I call Brand-Led Business Transformation that gives firms a better chance of transformation success.

This Brand Modelling course module is the first of four that enable executives in any organisation to become familiar with the Brand-Led Business Transformation process.

In module one we cover the essential task of brand modelling, which is not only the first step in the overall programme, but will, on its own, facilitate improvements in your business performance.

Phil is a marketer, speaker, blogger and author, whose clients include some of the world's best known businesses and brands. He is also a marketing innovator.

As a director at Saatchi & Saatchi, when the agency was revolutionising the advertising sector, Phil was engaged in developing the emerging integrated marketing philosophy that transformed the advertising agency model.


Later, with his own consultancy, he further developed his early thoughts on integration and introduced Full Effect Marketing to businesses around the world, helping them achieve a greater efficiency and a bigger return on their marketing investment.
